Three people, including a middle-school student, suffered critical head injuries after a U.S. citizen threw a liquor bottle, glasses and beer cans from an 11th floor apartment in Uiwang City, Gyeonggi Province, police said Wednesday.
The incident happened Friday morning.
Police are seeking an arrest warrant for the U.S. citizen, 40. Uiwang Police Station said the man had admitted his wrongdoing and said he wanted to hear the items shattering.
The victims' conditions were unavailable.
