K-pop girl band Lovelyz has released an instrumental album "Muse on Music" to show off the quality of its music that is often eclipsed by the visible charm of the group's members.

Lovelyz is the first K-pop girl band to release an album of this kind ― and second on the K-pop scene after boy band Infinite.

The new album contains 33 flagship tracks selected from the band's eight albums, including "Ah-Choo," "Hi~" and "Destiny." It also has an 84-page booklet containing the musical scores and special guitar picks with the members' autographs.

The album is comprised of three CDs ― DAWN, DAY and NIGHT. DAWN contains sentimental tracks, DAY includes fast and catchy tracks and NIGHT has slow and ballad tracks.

"We came up with such a track list to show off the group's quality of music," said a spokesman for Woollim Entertainment.

Lovelyz debuted with "Girls' Invasion" in 2014 and rocketed to stardom with "Ah-Choo" (2015). Its eight members are Baby Soul, Yoo Ji-ae, Seo Ji-soo, Lee Mi-joo, Kei, JIN, Ryu Su-jeong and Jeong Ye-in.
