Comedian-turned-actress Sung Eun-chae will tie the knot with a wealthy Chinese businessman on Dec. 22 in China, according to Sung's agency, Monday.
Sung and her groom-to-be will hold two additional wedding ceremonies in Korea and Nepal ― on Jan. 6 in Korea, and sometime in autumn in Nepal. Nepal was chosen because Sung's boyfriend is a Nepalese Buddhism believer.
Sung's partner, who is 13 years her senior, reportedly runs businesses in several industries ― including real estate and construction ― in southern China's Shenzhen Province.
The pair met through the former mayor of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia's capital and largest city.
Sung debuted as a musical actress in 2006 and as a comedian in 2007. She previously released a digital single album and has also forged an acting career.
