Rookie actor Jeong Yoo-ahn, who starred as a child actor in megahit film "Along with the Gods," has been investigated for allegedly sexually molesting a woman.
"Jeong was under probe and will be involved in a further investigation," a police official told Ilgan Sports Thursday.
Jeong, 20, allegedly molested a woman he met during a drinking party. He was reportedly accused after making an "unreasonable demand" to the woman while intoxicated.
"Jeong did have an investigation," a spokesperson for his agency VAST Entertainment told the media outlet. "We have to watch the further situation."
Jeong has stepped down from the upcoming tvN drama "Psychometry Guy" because of the allegation. His Instagram also is not open to the public.
Jeong debuted as a TV commercial model in 2015 and has appeared in numerous works including blockbuster "Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days" in 2017. He played the child character of Ha Jung-woo.
