MBC will air TV personality Cha Tae-hyun's last episode of the talk show "Radio Star" without editing, following allegations of illegal gambling on golf.
The show's production team told SpoTV News, "We are going to air the episode as planned. But he will not be part of the show starting from the episode we are shooting today."
Actor and TV personality Cha, who is also a longtime member of the reality show "2 Days & 1 Night," is accused of illegally gambling while playing golf. He denied the allegation, but decided to withdraw from TV altogether.
Cha has been a host of "Radio Star" for more than a year, along with comedian Kim Gu-ra, singer and producer Yoon Jong-shin, and comedian Kim Kuk-jin.
Cha's replacement has not been announced. "Radio Star" will likely continue with the three remaining hosts.
