K-pop girl band GFriend is set to release its seventh mini-album "FEVER SEASON" on July 1.
"The members will display their passion in the sweltering summer," a spokesperson for agency Source Music said Monday. "They have spent long time tuning up for the new release."
The title of the lead track and other details are being kept under wraps.
GFriend, comprised of Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB and Umji, debuted in 2015 with the EP "Season of Glass." Its flagship songs include "Glass Bead (2015)" and "Me gustas tu (2015)."
The band rounded off its Seoul gig in May, and will continue its Asia tour in nine countries including Malaysia and Thailand.
