Yang Hyun-suk, the former CEO of YG Entertainment, requested call girls to entertain foreign investors during a European tour in October 2014, according to the major broadcaster MBC, Monday.

"Madam Jung," reportedly a "big player" in the adult entertainment industry, made the claim on MBC's investigative program, "Straight." She is reportedly a close friend of Yang and made arrangements to recruit the women.

"Yang's acquaintance offered us 200 million won ($170,000) in return for the 'business trip' to Europe," she claimed. "At Yang's request, the women were mobilized to party with the Southeast Asian investors."

"Straight" claimed Yang had arranged an "investor relations" trip to Monaco in October 2014. Ten call girls tagged along, according to the program.

But Yang insisted he had no idea why Jung had called the women.

"I did what Yang ordered me to do, but YG has been denying everything. This is not fair," she said on the program. She has been under police investigation six times and is expected to be summoned again.

Jung also mentioned Jho Low, or Low Taek Jho. The fugitive Malaysian businessman has been listed on the Interpol red alert system on suspicion of pocketing billions from the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) and creating a slush fund. 1MDB is a government-run strategic development company.

"I only heard the money (we received) came from Jho Low," Jung said.

In May, Low denied his involvement in Yang's sex-for-favors scandal in July 2014. Yang allegedly provided girls for two Southeast Asian investors at Club NB in Mapo-gu, western Seoul. "Straight" insisted Low was one of the investors.

In June, Yang resigned as CEO and chief producer after the drug scandal involving B.I, the leader of K-pop boy band iKON represented by YG. Police questioned Yang on June 27, but he reportedly denied all allegations.
