YG's girl group BLACKPINK stood David Beckham up, arriving late for the Adidas 70th anniversary event at Seoul Time Square, Wednesday. But the former English football star took it in his stride.

BLACKPINK and Beckham were supposed to appear together, but Beckham went off stage when the group did not show up. When BLACKPINK arrived, it was 20 minutes late and their joint appearance was delayed by one hour.

While waiting for BLACKPINK, Beckham took selfies with fans, putting the time to good use.

There were some protests from fans about BLACKPINK's delay, but YG did not explain or apologize.
