K-pop girl group Ladies' Code is parting ways with its agency Polaris Entertainment, leaving the group's future uncertain.

The agency said Monday that all three members ― Ashley, Sojung, and, Zuny ― were leaving.

"Our agency gives wholehearted support to the group's future career and will look forward to seeing the members come together as Ladies' Code," it said.

On the same day, Sojung posted a hand-written letter on her social media, expressing gratitude to fellow members, the agency and fans.

"Meeting the other members was the greatest luck in my life," she wrote. "Although we've decided to go separate ways and seek a new challenge, I will be waiting for the day we will regroup as Ladies' Code."

Pointing out that she would do her best to show different sides of herself as "Lee So-jung," she said: "I hope you guys will support my new beginning."

Other members posted pictures of the group and thanked fans for their support over the past seven years.

The group debuted in 2013 with the mini-album "Code#01" and became rookie of the year, winning the New Artist award at the Gaon Chart K-Pop Awards. The group released its fourth ― and last ― mini-album "CODE#03 SET ME FREE" in October.
