Amorepacific Group on Friday reported its second-quarter net income of 5.1 billion won ($ 4.3 million), down 93.2 percent from a year earlier.
The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted 36.2 billion won in operating profit for the quarter, compared with 110.4 billion won a year ago. Revenue fell 24.7 percent to 1.18 trillion won.
Its flagship unit, Amorepacific reported net income of 6.7 billion won, down 88.3 percent from a year earlier.
Operating income for the April-June period was 35.2 billion won, down 59.9 percent from a year ago, the company said in a regulatory filing. Sales fell 24.2 percent to 1.05 trillion won. (Yonhap)
