The music video for K-pop girl group BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez's new collaboration song "Ice Cream" has surpassed 100 million YouTube views.
K팝 걸그룹 블랙핑크와 셀레나 고메즈의 신곡 '아이스크림' 뮤직비디오가 유튜브 조회수 1억을 돌파했다.
The group's agency YG Entertainment announced on social media Sunday that the music video topped 100 million views about 40 hours after its release on Friday.
블랙핑크의 소속사 YG엔터테인먼트는 일요일 이 뮤직비디오가 금요일 공개된 지 40시간여 만에 조회수 1억뷰를 돌파했다고 밝혔다.
"This is the second-fastest of the group's music videos to reach the count, after 'How You Like That,'" it said. The music video for "How You Like That," released in June, hit 100 million views in 32 hours.
"'아이스크림'은 '하우 유 라이크 댓'에 이어 블랙핑크 뮤직비디오 중 최단기간에 조회수를 얻은 두 번째 뮤직비디오가 됐다"고 밝혔다. 지난 6월 공개된 '하우 유 라이크 댓' 뮤직비디오는 32시간 만에 1억 뷰를 돌파했다.
The group's latest music video has accumulated more than 108 million views as of Sunday afternoon.
블랙핑크의 최신 뮤직비디오는 일요일 오후 기준 1억8백만 조회수를 기록했다.
The upbeat, high-spirited song in time for the hot summer offers stylish and colorful visuals with the video and cheerful beat.
무더운 여름을 맞아 업비트의 활기찬 이 곡은 영상과 경쾌한 비트가 어우러져 세련되고 화려한 비주얼을 선사한다.
"When we first heard the track's melody, we felt sweetness … While recording, we strived to express loveliness," the quartet said of working on its latest piece.
이 4인조 걸그룹은 "우리가 이 곡의 멜로디를 처음 들었을 때, 우리는 달콤함을 느꼈다… 녹음을 하는 동안, 우리는 사랑스러움을 표현하기 위해 노력했다"라고 신곡 작업에 대해 이야기했다.
The song is the pre-released track of its upcoming full-length album "The Album," slated for release on Oct. 10.
