Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas presents weekend autumn brunch

The Lobby Lounge located on the first floor of Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Seoul is presenting weekend brunch prepared using autumn's most notable seasonal ingredients, including humpback prawns, scallops and figs.

One of the best spaces in the hotel, The Lobby Lounge offers a private and comfortable brunch experience thanks to the high ceiling and wide spaces between tables in consideration of social distancing.

Beginning with apple lime kombucha as a welcome drink, the French cuisine-inspired brunch is presented in six-courses: a scallop appetizer; French-style pastry truffle mushroom soup; seasonal autumn fruit salad prepared with apple, chestnut, and walnut; roasted humpback prawn; beef tenderloin; and fig pavlova with pomegranate sorbet.

The brunch can be paired with eco-friendly champagne Drappier Blanc, made using an ecological method that produces minimal sulfur dioxide.

The autumn brunch menu of The Lobby Lounge is available until Nov. 29 on the weekends from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

InterContinental Seoul COEX offers special Halloween dessert

With a few days to go before Halloween, InterContinental Seoul COEX is offering a special Halloween dessert to guests until Oct. 31 as part of the "Friends Night Out" package.

This package provides a night of chef-prepared food and wine in a corner suite in Gangnam. Now people can hold a safe in-room party with food, wine and desserts ― all you need for a fun Halloween with the right group of people.

The package introduced last April includes a range of chef-prepared dishes and specially selected wine so guests can enjoy a safe and exuberant night with friends. It has become a popular deal among guests in their 20s or 30s with more than 120 rooms reserved per month on average.

The club corner suite in this special offer is a 76-square-meter suite that has a living room separate from the bedroom, enough to comfortably fit three to four adults at a time. There is only one club corner suite available per floor.

This package includes six types of dishes perfect for in-room parties for three, two bottles of red wine and an extra bed free-of-charge for relaxation after a fun evening. It is good value for both the Halloween season and year-end parties.

The package is available until the end of November, and the special dessert for Halloween will be served until the end of the month.
