Westin Chosun Seoul introduces champagne promotion

The Westin Chosun Seoul has introduced a champagne promotion dubbed, "Bubbly Night Out," with three different champagnes offered at reasonable prices at the Lounge & Bar located on the lobby floor.

During the promotion available until Nov. 30, Veuve Clicquot, Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut and Louis Roederer Brut Premier are discounted up to 50 percent.

Veuve Clicquot is distinctive for its yeasty, baked flavors combined with primary aromas of apple, pear and lemon, complemented by a sweet finish.

Containing flowery and fruity aromas entwined in firm acidity, Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut is sweet on the palate and slightly bitter at the end. Louis Roederer Brut Premier is a structured wine framed in regular acidity, a full-bodied wine with delicate aroma of fruits and May tree, stored for over three years on average.

The Lounge & Bar will also offer a sharing platter that pairs well with the champagne. The chef's special side menu offers perfect pairing foods including tenderloin steak, salmon steak, fried calamari and sausages.

Benefits under the promotion are only available for guests purchasing a bottle of champagne before 8 p.m. Reservations can be made via phone or Naver mobile platform.

Grand Josun Jeju to open Jan. 8; presale reservations now available

The Grand Josun Jeju has begun to receive presale reservations ahead of its official opening on Jan. 8.

Various special opening packages with different room types will be offered for early bird guests until Nov. 30 with the period of stay valid between Jan. 8 and March 31.

The "Delightful Moments" package will offer guests a one-night stay and breakfast for two adults at the buffet restaurant Aria.

For family guests, the "Dear, My Josun Junior" package is available. Each of three nature-themed bedrooms ― sky, forest and under the sea ― offers kids' amenities including robes, slippers and welcome gifts. Shea baby collection by L'Occitance en Provence and breakfast for three (two adults and one child) at Aria are also included in the package.

Additionally, guests can also choose either one free class at Josun Junior Kids Club or two-hour access to the cabana at the Garden Pool.

The "Let's Peak" package is for guests who want to enjoy a rooftop pool party. The party is held at the adults-only Peak Point Pool.

Every night at the Peak Point Pool, there is an array of live DJs and performances held for 90 minutes. The package also includes one welcome drink and unlimited sparkling wine and J Lager, the hotel's signature beer.

The "Almost Heaven" package includes a stay in the Hill Suite, overlooking some of Jeju's beaches and Mount Halla, the highest mountain in South Korea.

Fifty Hill Suite rooms make sure guests feel privileged from the check-in to check-out, and enjoy using facilities, getting fully refreshed and indulged in the Jeju vibe.

The all-day private lounge Gran J and the rooftop Heavenly Pool and Heavenly Lounge are only accessible to guests staying in the Hill Suite. The GX rooms and sauna will also help guests be in their best condition while traveling.

Guests staying in the Hill Suite can have breakfast and dinner at Gran J, a private lounge. For dinner, guests can enjoy Gran Choice (premium beverage and small plates provided upon request) and dive into the nature of Jeju.

The Grand Josun Jeju will provide Grand Josun beach towels as a special gift to those who make reservations through the website during the presale period.

Meanwhile, the Grand Josun Jeju following the Grand Josun Busan has been designed by Humbert and Poyett under the theme of modern yet classic to portray the natural beauty of Jeju Island. All guests will be able to feel the four seasons of Jeju from the balcony of every room that is both modern and spacious.

Access to heated swimming pools (Garden Pool and Peak Point Pool), fitness center, sauna and Josun Junior Kids Club, coupled with Lending Library, will lift the burden off of travelers. Gran Joe, an activity expert team, will also guide guests through a journey to delightful moments.

Also in Grand Josun Jeju, guests can enjoy a vibrant culinary experience with gourmet dining prepared by Shinsegae Chosun Hotel, infused with know-how of its food and beverage facilities.

While overlooking the scenic view of Oreum Garden, guests can relish the signature buffet menu from restaurant Aria. They can also enjoy casual dining at Rubrica with the best views unfolding from the rooftop.

The Lounge & Bar offers signature cocktails and live performances in an open space, Atrium. Other food and beverage facilities include gift & patisserie Josun Deli, rooftop Peak Point and poolside cafe Eat2O.

"The Grand Josun is a hotel brand for guests to enjoy a perfect getaway without pre-planning but still have a genuinely relaxing hotel experience," said Park Ki-chul, the general manager of Grand Josun Jeju. "The Grand Josun Jeju focuses on the needs of a variety of groups including couples, families and newly-weds by providing diverse facilities and services."
