Q4 모범답안: Yes, I have held a part-time job before. It was at a fast food restaurant, and I worked there four hours a day during the summer months when I had no classes.
해석: 응, 전에 아르바이트를 해본 적 있어. 패스트푸드 음식점이었고, 수업이 없는 여름 달 동안 하루 4시간씩 일했어.
Q5 모범 답안: I wanted to make some spending money during the summer. I don't like asking my parents for money all the time. I saw a sign on the window of the fast food place, so I applied right away.
해석: 여름 동안 용돈을 벌고 싶었어. 항상 부모님께 돈을 달라고 요청하는 것을 좋아하지 않거든. 패스트푸드 식당 창문에 게시된 것을 보았고 바로 지원했어.
Q6 모범 답안: Even though the job didn't pay very much, it was a good experience for me. I learned how to follow orders and to do things according to procedure. Also, I had to arrive on time for the job and to be on my toes. All in all, I became more disciplined. I plan to get another part-time job in the future.
해석: 비록 그 직업이 돈을 많이 주지는 않았지만, 나한테 좋은 경험이었어. 지시를 어떻게 따라야 하는지와 절차에 맞춰 일하는 법을 배웠어. 또, 직장에 제시간에 도착해야 했고 준비가 되어 있어야 했어. 대체로, 좀 더 훈련을 받은 사람이 되었지. 앞으로 다른 아르바이트도 구할 계획이야.
