A man suspected of taking photos of scantily clothed women jumped off a bridge into the Bukhan River on Monday.

In a bizarre twist of events, some people are blaming singer and actress Suzy for his suicide.

On May 16, Beagle Couple's Yang Ye-won posted a YouTube video claiming she was a victim of sexual harassment after photos showed her posing with little clothing.

But the studio owner, who killed himself, claimed there was no coercion involved and that Yang asked for money.

Suzy expressed her support for the accuser on Instagram.

She also signed a petition titled “Hapjeong XXXX illegal nude shooting,” and her fans followed en masse.

The two posts have received around 30,000 comments.

Some people are upset with Suzy. Posts include statements such as “As a celebrity you shouldn't have gotten involved as you have a lot of influence,” “Apologize and take responsibility,” and “Finally a man is dead.”

But many comments support Suzy, telling her to ignore the hate comments.
