Singer Lee Hyori has bought a five-story building (four stories above ground and one below) in Hannam-dong, Seoul, for 5.82 billion won ($5.02 million).
State real estate data show the property ― built in 1998 and refurbished in 2016 ― is registered under the names of the singer and her husband, Lee Sang-soon.
The singer bought the building with 1.02 billion won raised through a bank loan and the remaining amount from selling her real estate.
In 2017, she sold her apartment in Samseong-dong, Seoul for 2.1 billion won, a mansion on Jeju Island for 1.43 billion won and a house in Nonhyon-dong, Seoul, for 3.8 billion won.
