The United States on Sunday reached the extraordinary milestone of five million COVID-19 cases while President Donald Trump was accused of flouting the constitution by unilaterally extending a virus relief package.
도널드 트럼프 대통령이 일방적으로 바이러스 구제책을 연장해 헌법을 파기했다는 비난을 받는 가운데 미국은 일요일 코로나19 확진자 500만명이라는 이례적인 대기록을 달성했다.
The U.S. has been hammered by the virus, recording more than 162,000 deaths ― by far the highest of any country, ahead only of Brazil, which on Saturday became the second country to pass 100,000 deaths.

In Washington, the new virus relief package ― announced by Trump on Saturday after talks between Republican and Democrat lawmakers hit a wall ― was "absurdly unconstitutional," senior Democrat Nancy Pelosi told CNN.
