Chinese SNS website "QQ" has drawn tens of thousands of visitors with photos of female middle school students bulling another girl.
In the three photos posted on the website last Tuesday, one student holds the girl's arms and another holds her chin. A third student stands on the girl's head. The victim is even being pulled on a leash tied to her neck.
All the photos show the face of the victim, who seems to have lost the will to resist. The attackers' faces are not shown.
After a huge public outcry, whoever posted the photos has withdrawn them and apologized.
Xian police are investigating.

여중생들의 학교 폭력을 담은 사진 여러 장이 공개돼 큰 충격을 주고 있다.
공개된 사진에는 여학생 5~6명에게 둘러싸인 한 여중생의 모습이 담겨 있다. 이 여학생은 심하게 맞은 듯 얼굴이 퉁퉁 부어있다. 또한 또래로 보이는 한 여학생이 높은 곳에 올라가 이 여중생의 머리를 짓밟은 모습도 보인다.
심지어 개처럼 목에 목줄을 매달아 끌고 다니기도 했다.
사진들은 지난 15일 중국 모바일 SNS “QQ”에 올라온 사진이다. 사진과 함께 “KFC에서 (햄버거) 다 먹고 또다시 가서 죽여버릴거다”라는 섬뜩한 글도 적혀있다.
이는 가해자로 추정되는 학생들이 직접 올린 것으로 알려졌다.
한편 서안시 경찰은 중국 언론에 “학교 폭력 사건에 대해 현재 조사 중에 있다”고 밝혔다.
