Goodger, who stars on the program "The Only Way is Essex," said she was "mortified and humiliated."
The clip, reportedly filmed without her knowledge, allegedly shows her and ex-boyfriend Jake Mclean, a property developer, in a bedroom they shared.
"Anyone caught sending private, intimate stuff like this should be arrested," Goodger said.
"I didn't make a sex video like Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton. I'm a grown woman and I've not done anything illegal."
Goodger does not think she was the intentional victim of revenge porn, but believes more must be done to prevent such footage from circulating.
"I've got no control over the situation I am in," she said. "I feel powerless. My private life has been invaded in the most horrible way."

구저는 최근 전 남자친구인 부동산 개발업자 제이크 맥클린과 침대에서 사랑을 나누던 “몰래카메라”영상이 인터넷에 유출되어 곤혹을 겪었다. 구저는 이 동영상이 포르노 복수의 결과물이라 보고 있진 않지만 이러한 영상이 인터넷에 쉽게 퍼지는 것을 막을 수 있는 제도적 장치가 필요하다고 주장한다.
구저는 “타인의 은밀하고 사적인 영상을 전송하다 잡힌 사람은 구속되어야 한다. 나는 킴 카다시안이나 패리스 힐튼처럼 섹스비디오를 만든 연예인이 아니다. 나는 성인여성이며 창피를 당해야 할 불법적인 행동을 하지 않았다 … 나의 사생활은 가장 끔찍한 방법으로 침해되었으며 나는 이 상황에 통제할 힘이 없었다”라고 말했다.
