With the latest installment of the "Terminator" movie franchise, "Terminator: Genisys," opening in less than a week, actor Lee Byung-hun has talked about his role.
Lee, 44, plays "T-1000," a liquid-metal robot assassin sent by self-aware synthetic intelligence Cyberdyne Systems Skynet to kill Sarah Connor.
"My character is T-1000," Lee said in a video posted on YouTube on Thursday. "T-1000 is strong and scary. His one and only mission is to kill Sarah Connor. If there is no Sarah Connor, then there is no John Connor to save the world. You will see what happens."
The much-anticipated blockbuster movie opens on July 2 and media sites have released clips, including chase scenes in which T-1000 pursues Sarah (Emilia Clarke) and John Connor (Jason Clarke).

'터미네이터 5' 개봉앞둔 이병헌, 외신 인터뷰
영화 “터미네이터:제니시스”개봉이 7월 2일 예정인 가운데 배우 이병헌의 인터뷰 장면이 인터넷에 공개됐다.
유투브 채널 “Movie Bloopers & Making Of”가 25일 공개한 영상에서 이병헌은 영어로 자신이 맡은 영화 속 배역 “T-1000”에 대해 설명했다. 그는 T-1000은 “강하고 무섭다”고 설명하면서 “그의 오직 한가지 목적은 사라 코너를 죽이는 것이다”고 깔끔하게 덧붙였다.
한편 미국 연예매체 코믹북닷컴은 지난 25일 영화 속 이병헌이 등장하는 추격신 장면을 공개했다. 공개된 영상은 사라 코너(에밀리아 클라크 분)와 카일 리스(제이 코트니 분)가 자신들을 쫓아오는 T-1000과 맞서 싸우는 장면이다.
