After comedian Jang Dong-min was involved in controversy for mocking socially disadvantaged people on TV show "Comedy Big League," the program is drawing more criticism because of provocative jokes.
The anger has targeted the tvN program's episode of Apr 3.
In one segment, which parodied the cable network's popular drama series "Signal," comedienne Kim Young-hee wore a costume that had fake breasts to copy the bust of detective Cha Soo-hyun, the drama's female lead played by Kim Hye-soo.
Netizens said on the program's official site that the segment was uncomfortable to watch. When a fellow male comedian asked her, "Where should I look to know that you are Cha?" she pushed her fake breasts into his face, saying "Where should you look, indeed?"
Male comedians in the segment also mentioned Kim's fake breasts to make jokes in the PG-15 program.

In another segment, comedienne Park Na-rae portrayed a cop with a love interest in a male co-worker. She pressed his nipple underneath his T-shirt and grabbed his buttocks. This also sparked an angry response from viewers.
The program's site posted an apology for "Power of Chungcheong Province," the title of the segment starring Jang.
"All is the program's producers' fault," the statement said. "We also apologize to the actors who trusted the producers with their direction in the content of our program. We have shut down ‘Power of Chungcheong Province' as of this week. We promise to be more discreet in making healthy and funny comedy."
On Apr 7, a civic group promoting the rights of single-parent families sued the program's producers, tvN's executives, Jang and two other actors for making fun of divorced families.
"Jang's segment humiliated single-parent families and their children on an extreme level by publicly lampooning them," the group was quoted by the Seoul Economic Daily as saying. It said Jang's joke hurt 20 million people linked to family separation in Korea, where the divorce rate has reached 40 percent.

In "Power of Chungcheong Province" on Apr 3, Jang, 36, played a preschool boy. He sees one of his friends from a divorced family boasting about his new toy and asks: "Did your separated father send you money?" He went on with the joke, saying: "Fancy you. You receive birthday presents from two families. That's a good financial move."
Jang's joke did not end there, as he portrayed a child exposing his penis to his grandmother. It drew criticism that he had made fun of sexual molestation of children.

장동민 사태에 性유희 개그까지..난감한 '코미디빅리그'
'비하와 조롱, 막말…생각 좀 하고 말하면 안 되는가. 벌써 몇 번째인가.'(네이버 아이디 'bong****')
'논란의 개그맨' 장동민(37)이 이번에는 한부모 가정 자녀를 조롱했다가 고소당한데 대해 8일 오전까지도 비난 여론이 사그라지지 않는 분위기다.
장동민을 비판하는 누리꾼은 특히 그의 개그가 주로 약자나 상처받은 사람을 겨냥한다는 점과, 지난해에도 여성 혐오 발언과 삼풍백화점 사고 생존자 조롱으로 여론의 십자포화를 받은 전력이 있다는 점을 문제 삼았다.
네이버 아이디 'jhee****'는 '남의 상처를 웃음거리로 삼는 일만큼 치졸한 것도 없다'고 비판해 많은 이의 추천을 받았다.
같은 포털의 아이디 'shyf****'는 '어떻게 저런 생각을 하고 입 밖으로 아무렇지 않게 내뱉을 수 있느냐'면서 '정말 해도 해도 너무하고, (대중의) 용서도 한 두 번이지'이라고 꼬집었다.
'저 사람(장동민) 이제 TV에서 그만 보고 싶다. 입만 열면 남을 비하하고 상처를 후벼 파는 소리를 한다'(네이버 아이디 'hola****')는 글처럼 장동민 방송활동 중단을 원하는 누리꾼의 글도 간간이 보였다.
네이버 아이디 'ches****'는 '그냥 그런가 보다 라고 할 수도 있겠지만, 그런 (한부모 가정) 상황에 있는 사람에게는 상처가 될 말'이라면서 '특히 요즘 아이들은 흡수가 빨라 저런 말을 쉽게 따라 한다'고 지적하기도 했다.
대본대로 연기했다는 장동민측 해명에 대해서는 '무슨 열 살짜리 꼬마도 아니고 연습하고 외울 때 아무 문제의식도 못 느끼고 수정도 못 하느냐. 자기 입으로 뱉은 순간 자기 책임인 것'(네이버 아이디 'hone****')이라는 비판이 줄을 이었다.
작년과 유사한 사달이 난 데는 시청자 책임도 있다는 지적도 나왔다.
네이버 아이디 'ohha****'는 '남을 비하하는 저질개그를 '호통 개그'니 뭐니 하면서 자꾸 웃어주니 기고만장해서 자꾸 잘못을 반복하는 것'이라면서 '아마 (장동민) 자신은 무얼 잘못했는지도 모를 것'이라고 밝혔다.
일부이지만, 장동민을 향한 비난이 지나치다며 두둔하는 누리꾼들도 눈에 띄었다.
네이버 아이디 'only****'는 '선진국에서도 스탠딩 코미디로 약자 멸시를 많이 한다'면서 '이혼 가정이 자랑할 일은 아닌데 외모 비판이나 인종 차별은 괜찮고 이혼가정은 '까면' 안 되느냐'고 주장했다.
아이디 'feni*****'는 '(방송 내용이) 우리 사회 현실 아니냐'면서 '경솔한 부분은 있을 수 있겠지만 이렇게 집중포화 맞을 일은 아니라고 본다'고 말했다.
장동민은 지난 3일 방송된 tvN '코미디빅리그'의 '충청도의 힘' 코너에서 '애늙은이' 7살 콘셉트로 출연, 문제의 발언들을 해 도마 위에 올랐다. '코미디빅리그' 제작진은 이에 사과와 함께 해당 코너 폐지 계획을 밝혔다.
그러나 장동민과 문제의 방송에 함께 출연한 개그맨 조현민, 황제성, '코미디빅리그' 제작진과 방송사 대표까지 한부모가정 권익단체로부터 전날 고소당했다. (연합뉴스)
