According to Suseo Police Station in Seoul, a woman filed a case against Lee, Thursday, accusing him of sexual assault. The actor denies the allegation.
Police said the woman first reported the case at a one-stop support center inside a police hospital. They said the woman, whose identity is unknown, accused the actor of sexually assaulting her after she drank with him at her apartment.
Lee and his management agency vehemently denied accusations against him in an interview with a daily. Police said they will question him soon.
