There was no hamburger lunch after all.
U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un had a rather formal set-course lunch instead during their summit at the Capella Hotel, Singapore, Tuesday.
The menu revealed by the White House was a combination of Western and Korean food plus Chinese and Malay dishes.
Oiseon, a Korean stuffed cucumber, was served after a cocktail with avocado salad, a Malay “green mango kerabu.”
The main course was “Daegu Jorim,” a Korean dish of cod fish braised with radishes and Asian vegetables.
