A man in his 20s has been fined 2 million won for filming his girlfriend's naked body and posting the pictures on the internet without her consent.
According to Busan District Court, Monday, he took the pictures while and his girlfriend were having sex.
Despite her opposition, the man uploaded the pictures on the "Ilbe" website hours later.
The court said it did not jail the man because it was his first offence and his girlfriend had asked for leniency.
