VIXX Hongbin and Monsta X Hyungwon revealed their duet "COOL LOVE" on Wednesday evening, in collaboration with Pepsi.
The song is from the 2019 Pepsi K-pop collaboration project with Starship Entertainment ― a label home to Monsta X ― entitled "THE LOVE OF SUMMER : THE PERFORMANCE 'COOL LOVE.'"
DRESS, who worked for The Black Label of YG Entertainment and has featured on two Mnet hip-hop programs, produced the song. JQ and TOMBOY worked on the lyrics while glowingdog, Kriz, 901010 and no2zcat cooperated on the composition.
The music video for the groovy song features electric beats and a mystical background as the artists dance under the stars.
Hongbin of VIXX debuted in 2012 while Hyungwon of Monsta X debuted in 2015. Both groups have multiple hit songs and an international fan base.
