Who gives life to creatures in movies? Special effects makeup involves hyperrealistic characterizations and special makeup used to portray creatures such as aliens and monsters.
To get a glimpse into the work of these professionals, our team met special effects makeup artist Goh Eun-ji who has been working in the field for the past 5 years.
"Sometimes, the director might ask me to depict something very unusual. I get excited whenever I have the chance to work on something that is ambiguous and open to creative expression," she told The Korea Times.
