Dunamu, the operator of the country's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit, was awarded by the Ministry of Science and ICT for its efforts to enhance internal and external trust through active disclosure of information security.

According to Dunamu on Thursday, it won the award for its contribution to the information security industry at the "Night of Information Security Professionals" event hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT on Tuesday.

The award is given to domestic organizations and individuals who have contributed to the development of the information security industry. Dunamu won the award as it was selected as an outstanding institution in information security disclosure in 2024.
