Former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung has signed an exclusive contract with Coridel Entertainment, according to media reports Monday.

The CEO of Coridel Entertainment is Tyler Kwon, with whom Jung was involved in a scandal last August. Coridel is also home to girl band Playback and has taken over Clear Company, which owns the licensing rights to Jeff Bernat's concerts in Korea.

Jung, who called it quits with SM Entertainment in September, has since been focusing on promoting her fashion brand Blanc & Eclare.

"We expect to grow into an entertainment agency that carries weight with the global market," Coridel's statement said. "We will fully support Jessica's solo career, and we also plan to recruit other big industry names."

Last week, it was rumored that Jung was considering hosting KBS W's "Beauty Bible."
