Netmarble will release a series of major titles in the first half of the year.

The first role-playing game to be released in April is Arthdal Chronicles: Three Factions, the company's most-anticipated title of the year and a spinoff of the original Korean fantasy drama, "Arthdal Chronicles," which ran from 2019 to 2023.

The large-scale MMORPG is a collaboration with Studio Dragon, the production studio behind the drama. Arthdal Chronicles: Three Factions delivers the experience of living on the fictional continent featured in the drama.

The title will be released for PC and mobile simultaneously in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.

Netmarble also said Solo Leveling: ARISE is another major spinoff title, based on the popular webtoon "Solo Leveling." The webtoon has surpassed 14.3 billion views globally.

In the action RPG, users play as the webtoon's character Sung Jinwoo, using various combat skills to defeat monsters.

The company added expectations are high as the webtoon's animated version recently started streaming via various OTT services, including Netflix.

The sequel of Netmarble's popular IP Evilbane: Rise of Ravens has entered its final stretch before release.

Evilbane: Rise of Ravens is one of Netmarble's most popular game titles, attracting approximately 1 million daily activity users in 40 days of its release in March 2015. The action RPG won the grand prize and the top developer's prize during the 2015 Korea Game Awards. It also scored awards for scenario, sound, graphics and domestic popularity.

According to Netmarble, the game's sequel is now being developed as an MMORPG platform rather than an action RPG like the original. Applying the latest Unreal game engine, the game will boast top-notch visual effects to give differentiated experiences to users. It is expected to launch for PC and mobile.

Netmarble's North American subsidiary Kabam is set to release King Arthur: Legends Rise in the first half. The simulation RPG is based on the legend of King Arthur, giving users a chance experience a live medieval worldview.

Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds, a collaboration between Netmarble and Chinese multimedia giant Tencent, will be released Wednesday. According to Netmarble, it provided the development resources to its Chinese partner for the project, and Tencent localized the IP.

"Netmarble utilized existing IPs to create new titles this year," Netmarble said in a press release. "Not only our MMORPGs but also other genres will entertain our users."
