Polina is from Russia and came to Korea for her Korean husband. Less than a year into their life as a married couple, her husband was diagnosed with tongue cancer, and she is now the primary breadwinner for their family, working full-time as a courier for the e-commerce company Coupang.

Polina started documenting her life on YouTube, which quickly gained traction among viewers, garnering support.

According to her videos, Polina moved to Korea three years ago but, as her husband's previous business had been unsuccessful, they delayed their wedding and finally tied the knot last year. They were both employed as delivery personnel for Coupang, attempting to get on their feet, until the devastating news of her husband's cancer diagnosis.

Now, Polina works nights tirelessly from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. for Coupang while keeping her daytime hours free to care for her ailing husband and do house chores. Despite the challenges, she maintains an unyielding love for her husband and her positive outlook on life.

One of her videos has more than 1,300 replies consisting of encouraging messages. "Better days will come! I send my support to you guys," one viewer said, while another said, "Your story has changed my perspective on life."

Some followers have extended their support through donations to the couple.
