Hana Bank was recognized as the best private banking service in the country by Euromoney and Global Finance.

According to the bank, it was awarded Best Private Bank in Korea by Euromoney, a globally renowned finance magazine, and Most Innovative Private Bank in the World by Global Finance, a U.S.-published magazine that focuses on the global economy.

Since first being recognized by Euromoney as the best private bank in Korea in 2005, Hana Bank has won the award 17 times so far. This year, it also won awards for Korea's Best for Digital Solutions and Korea's Best for Succession Planning, proving its expertise in private banking.

At the Private Banking Awards ceremony in London, England, Thursday, Euromoney noted that Hana Bank was evaluated highly for its expertise in corporate advisory services such as those related to the inheritance of wealth and business, market-leading services such as art banking and art advisory and its innovative digital asset management service that is centered on customers.

At the Best Private Bank Awards hosted by Global Finance in New York on the same day, Hana Bank was awarded as not only the most innovative private bank but also the best private banking firm in Korea, making it to the list of best private bankers for nine consecutive years.

"Hana Bank has been continuing innovations to offer better services amid the rapidly changing wealth management market. We will spare no efforts to provide our customers with the optimal asset management contents as the unrefuted best in the sector," said Hana Bank Deputy President Kim Young-hun who is heading the wealth management division at the bank.
