Hilton Korea has been ranked 21st on the Top 100 Great Place to Work (GPTW) Korea list, recognized for its outstanding work environment and organizational culture.

The GPTW certificate awards companies that provide an excellent work environment, focusing on trust, pride and teamwork. It evaluates various factors including culture, sense of belonging, fairness and trustworthiness.

According to the global hotel brand's local branch in Korea, it operates three hotels: Conrad Seoul, DoubleTree by Hilton Korea Pangyo and Hilton Garden Inn Seoul Gangnam.

"(The GPTW recognition) demonstrates that Hilton's employment-centric corporate philosophy has translated into a tangible result," a Hilton Korea official said.

The company was also selected as one of the 2024-2025 Best Companies to Work for Millennials in Korea and 2024-2025 Best Companies to Work for Working Moms in Korea, proving its commitment to respecting the diverse needs of its employees and achieving a good work-life balance.

The official added, that it also practices human rights management in line with global environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) standards. It has achieved the Global ESG Human Rights Management Certification, taking a leading role in environmental protection, community collaboration and fair business practices.

Hilton Korea General Manager Mark Meany was also honored as one of the Most Respected CEOs in Korea for his leadership in fostering an organizational culture that aligns with Hilton's global brand values.
