Electronics systems development company Cadence President and CEO Anirudh Devgan says each employee's talent and their collaboration are the most important source of the company's success.
According to a Cadence official, the company takes a people-first "One Cadence, one team" approach as its business motto under the belief that innovation starts with employees.
"(Cadence) understands it takes a happy, fulfilled and high-performing team to stay at the industry forefront," the official said in a press release.
"Devgan believes it is important to create a high-trust environment where employees have the autonomy to create, have the opportunity to take risks, are encouraged to try new approaches and are celebrated for their successes."
Understanding that the success of a business depends on the success of its employees and communities in which they live and work, Cadence is creating an environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute and bring their full selves to work.
"Inspiring innovation, driving business growth, and creating an environment where everyone feels engaged and respected are essential elements of Cadence company culture," the official added.
"Devgan is committed to expanding the impact and legacy of the company's giving initiatives to support critical needs, such as environmental sustainability and education, in global communities."
Before joining Cadence, Devgan served as an executive vice president and general manager of the Digital & Signoff and System Verification groups.
Devgan is said to have driven Cadence's technology and product roadmap and brought in several breakthrough innovations behind the company's current industry-leading solutions.
He also spearheaded the development of Cadence's Intelligent System Design strategy, which leverages the company's computational software heritage to expand beyond its core electronic design automation business into the broader systems space.
