Greetings to award winning students.

I extend my warmest congratulations to the winners of the 13th Global Korea Youth Awards.

I would like to express my gratitude to President-Publisher Oh Young-jin and staff members at The Korea Times for organizing this meaningful event.

Today's spotlight belongs to the honored recipients of these awards.

I send my congratulations to the students who are receiving the honorary awards. They are Hwang Yu-na, Maeng Ye-lin, Kim Jeong-in, Kim Tae-yang, Kim Su-yeon, Lee Ji-eun, Lee Ji-na, Oh Song-hui, Arabella Nia Joshua, Kim Won-hee, Shadikhodjaeva Asilakhon Sherzodovna and the School of Global SARANG.

I also extend my heartiest congratulations to the teachers and parents who have guided and supported these outstanding students.

These young people are proud and talented individuals who represent Korea as it progresses toward becoming a globally advanced country.

The government is striving to implement practical policies aimed at directly supporting multicultural families.

In particular, the government is enhancing tailored programs for developmental-stage education, career planning and bilingual learning.

Additionally, starting this year, the government has rolled out new subsidies to improve academic ability and support employment through educational initiatives.

Korea has grown into a globally respected cultural powerhouse, breaking down barriers of nationality, race and language.

I encourage you to pursue your dreams on the global stage with creativity and a drive for excellence.

I wholeheartedly support your future.
