A group of the Los Angeles Dodgers players' wives and girlfriends experienced a glimpse of K-beauty at a store of Olive Young, a Korean health and beauty product retailer chain.

They, including outfielder James Outman's wife, Dasha Kraft, paid a visit to the store in Seoul's Gangnam District on Sunday, according to their social media posts and the company.

Kraft shared on social media a group picture taken in front of the store and wrote, "Spa Day & Korean skincare stop."

The company said it did not invite them but they voluntarily visited the store, and it had not been aware of the visit until the posts were uploaded.

The Dodgers players and their partners flew to Korea Friday for the MLB World Tour Seoul Series this week. The team played the Korean club Kiwoom Heroes on Sunday for a friendly, winning 14-3, and the Team Korea on Monday, winning 5-2.

The team will play the San Diego Padres in the first regular season games on Wednesday and Thursday.

The K-beauty market has been growing and becoming popular among foreign travelers. According to Olive Young, the total purchases by foreigners at its stores in the Myeong-dong, a popular tourist spot, increased by 840 percent last year compared to the previous year.

Savannah James, wife of basketball player LeBron James, also recently shared her cosmetic shopping experience on social media, showing herself shopping at an Olive Young store and trying out colored contact lenses.
