Hana Bank was recognized as the best bank in Korea by Euromoney, the bank announced Monday.

According to the bank, it was named the best bank for corporate clients in Korea in the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2024 by the global financial magazine.

The London-based magazine launched in 1969 has been releasing the list of the best banks in each country based on a comprehensive evaluation of diverse factors such as finance, strategy and digital.

Hana Bank was recognized as the best bank by the magazine for the second consecutive year following last year.

According to the bank, the magazine highly evaluated its differentiated and elaborated digital asset management platform, convenient overseas remittance service, contactless overseas investment service and Travlog, a card service for customers traveling overseas, for its innovativeness in the fast-changing financial market.

"We have been continuing innovation to enhance our service for customers. We will keep making our best efforts to make a leap beyond Korea as the best bank in Asia," a Hana Bank spokesperson said.
