Samsung Electronics released a new video, Saturday, dubbed, "Neo LIFE," that portrays the enhanced lifestyles of consumers through the newly released Neo QLED 8K.

The video features popular actress Lee Si-young and actor Ryu Joon-yeol.

In the video, Samsung Electronics portrays the diverse lifestyles of consumers who use the Neo QLED 8K through Lee Si-young, who is not only a renowned actress and content creator, but also a mother and workout fanatic. Ryu Joon-yeol is known for his roles as an environmentalist, photographer and diehard soccer fan. Those traits suit them as the main characters of Samsung's new video.

Lee Si-young's "Neo LIFE" video excerpt showed the multiview setting of the Neo QLED 8K, which allows the actress and her son to view the content of their choice simultaneously through a split screen. In the video, Lee was using the TV's smart trainer function to receive professional training at home, while other scenes showed Lee conducting a product meeting, portraying the contemporary lifestyle of a busy working woman.

In the part of the "Neo LIFE" video featuring Ryu Joon-yeol, the actor is seen operating an eco-friendly remote control that does not use disposable batteries, as well as utilizing the large, high-definition TV screen to work on photos he took earlier. The video also shows him watching a dynamic sporting event on the screen.

Ryu has been at the forefront of efforts to protect the environment. He is identified with Samsung Electronics' "Screens for All" vision, which led him to star in the company's new commercial.

The Neo QLED 8K has remained at first place in the global TV market for fifteen consecutive years, which Samsung says is due to the latest technologies and consumer needs being reflected in the product.

"With the help of Lee Si-young and Ryu Joon-yeol, we wanted to embed the diverse values of the Neo QLED 8K in the video," a Samsung Electronics officials said. "We hope that more consumers will be able to experience their own new lifestyles through the Neo QLED 8K.

The newly-launched Neo QLED TV is powered by the Neo Quantum processor, which can leverage up to 16 different neural network models to enhance picture quality, and comes with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Samsung says that the new Quantum Mini LEDs offer deeper blacks, as well as eliminate any potential blooming, while coming with an enhanced contrast ratio.
