Dramatic CCTV footage shows the last moments of Kim Jong-nam's life. The video begins with Kim Jong-nam, half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

As Kim moves toward a ticket machine, the suspects are shown hovering in the vicinity. One woman suddenly approaches Kim from behind and holds something, possibly a poisonous spray or cloth, over his face.

Kim and the woman wrestle for a short time, and soon afterwards the women casually disappear into the crowd. Kim flags down an airport staff member and explains that he has been attacked. Kim shows no symptoms of being poisoned as he is escorted to the medical clinic.

However, it is known that he started to show symptoms inside the clinic and died on the way to the hospital.

Kim Jong-nam, the oldest son of former North Korean leader Kim Jong-il, was once considered the heir in North Korea's family dynasty.

He had long been protected by Beijing, while his uncle and former No. 2 man, Jang Song-taek ― later executed by Kim Jong-un ― played a key role in the North's diplomatic and economic cooperation with China, according to South Korean intelligence officials.

Last week, Malaysian authorities arrested three suspects including the two women ― one identified as Vietnamese by documents and the other as Indonesian.

Malaysian authorities released photos of four other North Korean suspects allegedly involved in the assassination. However, the four returned to North Korea on Friday, according to Japan's Kyodo News.
