South Korean golfer Chun In-gee moved up 15 spots in the latest women's rankings unveiled Tuesday, following a long-awaited LPGA victory.

Chun climbed to No. 12 in the rankings, on the heels of her three-stroke victory at the LPGA KEB Hana Bank Championship at Sky 72 Golf Club's Ocean Course in Incheon, west of Seoul, on Sunday.

It was Chun's first victory since September 2016, when she won the Evian Championship for her second career major.

The 2016 LPGA Rookie of the Year began 2018 at No. 5 in the world but fell steadily over the course of the season. Prior to her victory on home soil, Chun had posted only three top-10s in 17 starts.

There was no change in the top four. South Korea's Park Sung-hyun stayed at the top for the ninth consecutive week, followed by Ariya Jutanugarn of Thailand and a pair of South Koreans, Ryu So-yeon and Park In-bee.

Kim In-kyung was the fourth South Korean inside the top 10 at No. 10. (Yonhap)
