Grand InterContinental Parnas launches first patented chicken

The Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas has come up with the "Emperor's Chicken," roast chicken prepared by curing eco-friendly and non-antibiotic chicken in pure sparkling water.

In particular, the patented curing method for cooking Emperor's Chicken neutralizes the salty taste by combining alkaline salt and acidic pure sparkling water. As bubbles in the carbonic acid promote osmotic pressure, the chicken has more chewiness and meatiness in its taste.

The Emperor's Chicken assortment also offers two types of handmade sauces: orange whole grain mustard sauce suitable for chewy chicken and avocado sauce enhancing the soft taste, to bring out a much richer flavor.
