Online users are praising actress-singer Lizzy's witty tit for tat exchange about Dokdo with an apparently Japanese netizen.
가수 겸 배우 리지가 일본인으로 보이는 한 네티즌에게 재치있는 복수를 하자 네티즌들의 칭찬을 받고있다.
On National Liberation Day (Aug. 15), Lizzy posted a photo taken at Dokdo, Korea's easternmost islets which Japan claims.
리지는 독도에서 찍은 사진을 광복절을 맞이하여 SNS에 올렸다.
"What are you doing in the territory of Japan? Get lost!" was the netizen's provocative comment.
한 네티즌이 "일본의 영토에서 뭐하는 짓이냐? 빨리 나가라!"란 도발적인 댓글을 남겼다.
Lizzy replied, "You can't come without passport. Only we [Koreans] can come without passport."
그러자 리지는 "여권 없이 못 온다. 우리는 여권없이 다닌다"라는 댓글로 응수했다.
An online user commented, "Just simple as two sentences, you showed them whose territory our Dokdo is!" while another wrote, "It sounds simple but meaningful. We can go without any passport."
한 네티즌은 "두 문장으로 충분했다. 리지는 일본인들에게 독도가 누구의 땅인지 확실하게 알려줬다"고 언급했고 또 다른 네티즌은 "간결하지만 매우 뜻 깊은 멘트였다. 우리는 여권없이 독도에 갈 수 있다"고 댓글은 남겼다.
Lizzy, or Park Soo-ah, debuted in 2010 as part of an eight―member girl band "After School" with a single "Bang!" She is also known s part of the trio "Orange Caramel." She started acting in the same year in the drama "Happy Time, All My Love For You."
리지(본명·박수아)는 2010년 8인조 걸그룹 애프터스쿨로 데뷔했고 애프터스쿨의 트리오 유닛인 오렌지캬라멜로도 활동했다. 그녀는 2010년 드라마 '몽땅 내사랑'으로 연기 활동을 시작했다.
