JobKorea, Korea's largest online recruiting platform, unveiled an exclusive platform for foreign jobseekers as well as companies who want to recruit foreigner workers.

According to JobKorea, Monday, the platform introduced the KLik service, an abbreviation of the words "Kickstart Life in Korea," within the platform's website: www.jobkorea.co.kr.

"The company has led the nation's online recruiting market for foreign jobseekers via its JobKorea website and Albamon, its sister platform for part-time workers," said a JobKorea official in a press release.

"We utilized our knowhow about the job market for foreigners to introduce KLik. It will provide various opportunities for foreign jobseekers while at the same time, helping local firms find ideal talent here."

In a bid to break down the language barrier, KLiK offers a translation service in 28 different languages. It also provides the kind of talent that hiring companies are looking for via the translation service.

Additionally, it displays the visa status hiring companies are recruiting for, the required level of Korean fluency needed, the preferred education level and the field of work. JobKorea or Albamon users can access KLiK with their existing ID.

"We have studied their needs and difficulties when looking for a job in Korea," said the official.

"We are planning to introduce a one-on-one consulting service for foreign jobseekers while offering an AI-based talent matching service for hiring companies in the near future."

To celebrate the introduction of the KLiK service, JobKorea launched a raffle event until Aug. 31. It will give a MacBook Air, Baemin vouchers and NaverPay gift cards as prizes for those who apply to a job via KLiK. The prize winner will be announced at the JobKorea event webpage on Sept. 13.
