Netflix's popular Korean dating show "Single's Inferno," which has captivated global audiences each season, is back with an all-new lineup of contestants.

Set on a secluded island, participants of "Single's Inferno" must find a match and form couples in order to leave and travel to "paradise" for a luxurious date.

Launched in 2021, it has become a major reality show on the streaming platform, generating buzz and creating stars each season. It also became the first Korean Netflix reality series to have a fourth season.

Along with hosts Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Da-hee, Kyuhyun, Hanhae and Dex, the new season promises to be even more exciting, filled with hilarious commentary and dramatic moments.

Producer Kim Jae-won attributed the show's global popularity to its unique contestants.

"I think there are only three reasons why 'Single's Inferno' has been loved for a long time: Freezia, Dex and Lee Gwan-hee. After this season ends, there will be four," he said, hinting at the birth of another star during a press conference at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery Ambassador in Mapo District, Wednesday.

Korean influencer Song Ji-a, better known by her online moniker Freezia, shot to fame with her fashion sense and confident demeanor in the first season, while Youtuber Dex, a former soldier of the Navy's Underwater Demolition Team also gained popularity in the show's second season for his charisma. Basketball player Lee Gwan-hee of the third season became the center of attention due to his rude remarks and behavior, despite being a popular choice among the women in the show.

While Season 1 opened the door for dating reality shows, Season 2 attracted attention with its deep relationships. Following Season 3, which went viral with a lot of exciting scenes, the latest season is expected to showcase the true essence of dating reality shows with even more honest and intense emotions.

"I was amazed at how honest the men and women were this season. It was really entertaining to watch," panelist and rapper Hanhae said.

Actor Lee Da-hee said, "I thought, 'How did they cast people like this?' Our production team is extraordinary. The casting alone will pique your interest in the first episode. There's a change this season. You'll see when you watch the first episode. I'm so glad to be part of Season 4."

Dex, who transitioned from a Season 2 contestant to a panel member in Season 3, is back to host Season 4. "While watching Season 4, I think it's the most fun season ever. It's the season with the most dopamine," he said.

"Single's Inferno" Season 4 will premiere on Netflix on Jan. 14.
