J-Hope of BTS will go on his first solo world tour, starting with a concert in Seoul next month.

The artist announced the upcoming tour, "Hope On The Stage," through the fan platform Weverse on Friday, sharing the tour's poster showing himself posing against a red backdrop.

The tour will kick off with a three-day concert at the KSPO DOME in Songpa District, Seoul, from Feb. 28 to March 2, which will also be streamed live. He will then meet fans worldwide through 31 shows across 15 cities, including Brooklyn, Chicago and Mexico City in North America, as well as Manila, Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macao, Taipei and Osaka.

This is the first time the artist is going on a world tour as a solo artist in his 12-year music career since debuting with BTS in 2013.

"The concert title does not only mean 'J-Hope on stage' but also indicates that he will express his hopes, wishes and dreams to the audience in various forms through the stage," the artist's agency BigHit Music said in a release.

"He is expected to stage diverse performances, including the first live showcase of songs from his special album 'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1', which talks about his roots."

Earlier this month, the artist shared a New Year's message on Weverse, saying, "I can feel in nature's flow that 2025 will be an incredibly important year for me."

Wishing for a beautiful year for his fans, he said he plans to take a different approach with his act this year.

"I'm approaching it with plans that are more mature, more suited to me and aimed at everyone's satisfaction. Looking back, 2024 was truly a year of mixed emotions and alternating feelings for me," he said.

"After being discharged from military service, I experienced overwhelming joy, and while working on various projects, I think I ended the year in solitude, filled with both tension and excitement about 2025 … Though each person probably had their different joys and sorrows, I want to take a moment with a warm heart to comfort and bid farewell to 2024."

J-Hope took his first steps as a solo artist with the studio album "Jack In The Box" in July 2022. He released an EP, "HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1," in March last year, claiming No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album captured his passion and identity rooted in the street dance genre. For the album, he expanded his role as a creator by personally planning promotions that connect music, a documentary and pop-up events under the album's theme.
