LG CNS introduced an enhanced version of its generative AI platform DAP GenAI in a bid to offer its business customers more advanced AI services, the company said Tuesday.

The company said it strengthened its generative AI service, which was launched last October, by adding GenAI Knowledge Lake, GenAI Image and GenAI Talk solutions, enabling its customers to easily apply the AI service to their business operations.

"LG CNS enables enterprise customers seeking to adopt generative AI services to easily create and apply the necessary services whenever needed and to systematically operate and manage the service through the DAP GenAI platform," the company said.

LG CNS said enterprise customers utilizing the DAP GenAI platform's GenAI Knowledge Lake feature can use generative AI to find the data they need from vast amounts of internal information to improve work efficiency.

The GenAI Image feature enables customers to create images for advertising, marketing and products, allowing them to easily implement a variety of image styles, including black and white, media art, animation and film, the company added. Also, the GenAI Talk solution allows companies to create interactive chatbots for customer service.

LG CNS predicts that the large x model, or LXM, which encompasses all AI services such as language, vision and multimodality, will emerge as a new trend in the generative AI industry, and its platform ensures customers always have access to the latest AI trends.

"Enterprise customers seeking to adopt generative AI should consider four factors — performance, cost, speed and trust," said Jang Min-yong, head of data analytics and artificial intelligence division at LG CNS. "The DAP GenAI Platform will be the best choice for enterprise customers to adopt generative AI as it fulfills all factors."
