The five members of boy band MCND — Castle J, BIC, Minjae, Huijun and Win — joined POPKORN, the K-pop channel of The Korea Times, to give special lectures on K-pop!

Short for "Music Creates New Dream," MCND debuted in 2020 with the track "Ice Age" under TOP Media. It dropped its sixth mini-album, "X10," on May 21, which revolves around the themes of unity and teamwork.

For their lectures, all MCND members shared their accumulated knowledge and experience to engage the audience, giving in-depth answers to different questions such as:

How can we succeed in K-pop auditions? What do K-pop singers think about their fans? Who first started K-pop's video call fan signing events and why?

Who did the audience pick as the best lecturer? To find out, please watch our video!

This video was produced by The Korea Times K-pop team intern Kim Chae-ri.
